Post-construction cleaning in Ulm, ready for handover
When the last trade leaves, there is cement haze on the tiles, dust in every joint and a sticker on every pane. We turn that into a property the client accepts without reservation. Your handover date sets the pace. The fixed price follows a visit to the site.
The essentials in 30 seconds
- The final pass before handover, across every surface.
- We plan backwards from your handover date, not from our own.
- Natural stone cleaned acid-free, coated glass without a blade.
- Site visit within 48 hours, fixed price within 24 hours after.
What it covers
One pass takes in every surface:
- Floors: debris out, fine dust vacuumed, cement haze dissolved, wet cleaned, first seal applied
- Windows: glass inside and out, frames, rebates, seals, sills, film and stickers
- Doors: both faces, frame, rebate, handle, hinges, threshold
- Sanitary areas: ceramics, taps, shower screens, mirrors, cubicles, floor gullies
- Services: switches, sockets, light fittings, ventilation grilles, radiators between the fins
- Walls and fitted units: dust removed, paint spots and tape lifted, kitchen runs inside
- Stairwells: treads, landings, balustrades, lift car, letterboxes, entry panel
Waste disposal is not included. We gather waste and packaging and carry them to the skip provided on site. Roof work at height we do not take on.

What the site has to provide
We plan backwards from the handover date. Area, state of the build and level of soiling give the hours, and the hours give the start date. A day between the last dusty trade and our start is ideal. We clean from the top down. Do the floor first and you do it twice.
Four things have to be on site: water on every floor, power, light and a working lift. If one is missing we say so before the contract, not on the day.
The material decides the product. Cement-haze removers are acidic, and on marble, limestone and terrazzo that is a flooring claim. There we work acid-free and with a test patch. Coated glass never meets a blade. Floors already in use are the subject of deep cleaning.
Frequently asked questions
When should the final clean happen?
After the last dusty trade and one to three days before handover. A day's gap helps, because construction dust needs time to settle. If more than a few days pass between the clean and handover, add a short fine clean immediately before the date.
What is the difference between a final clean and a fine clean?
The final clean is the complete pass after the last trade; the fine clean is a short pass just before handover. The first dissolves cement haze, adhesive residue and paint splashes. The second only picks up the dust that has settled since. We keep it in the contract as an option.
Do you take the construction waste away?
No. We gather residual waste, packaging and offcuts and carry everything to the skip provided on site. Disposal itself belongs to the construction contract. Who provides the skip and who pays for collection is recorded in the order confirmation.
Do you work outside Ulm and Neu-Ulm?
Yes, on sites across the surrounding area: Pfuhl, Burlafingen, Elchingen, Nersingen, Senden, Weißenhorn, Illertissen and Günzburg. We usually get to the site visit within 48 hours. The quote follows within 24 hours after that.
When is your handover?
Send us the date, the area and the state of the build. We come to the site, usually within 48 hours, and you have the quote within 24 hours after that. For dates at short notice, the phone is faster.
