What we clean in an office
Office space is made of room types that are billed together and planned separately.
- Workstations: clear desk surfaces, shelves, window sills; papers and keyboards stay where they are
- Floors vacuumed or mopped, bins emptied, waste separated as you specify
- Meeting rooms: full table surfaces, chairs returned to position where agreed
- Kitchenettes: sink, tap, worktop, unit fronts, the area around the coffee machine and water dispenser
- Washrooms: WCs, urinals, basins, taps, mirrors, partitions, floor
- Entrance, corridors, stairs: barrier matting, contact surfaces, lift car and panel
- Glass doors within reach; full panes under window cleaning
Not included: washing up, loading or emptying dishwashers, and plant care. This is the most common point of dispute in office contracts, so it is stated explicitly in the schedule.

Hours, keys and the alarm system
We are usually in your rooms when nobody else is. So access is settled before the first visit.
Time window. The norm is from around 6am or from around 5pm. You set the window and we keep to it. Daytime cleaning is available where your building has visitors.
Keys. Every key is signed for individually and in writing, carries no address tag, and is stored away from the building. At the end of the contract they come back against the same record.
Alarm. Who arms and disarms the system, under which code, and who the monitoring centre calls is agreed in writing before we start. A separate code for cleaning shows you in the log when cleaning actually happened.
Frequently asked questions
Do you clean before or after office hours?
Usually from around 6am or from around 5pm, within the window you set. That is the norm in commercial work, because working and cleaning at the same time spoils both.
We offer daytime cleaning where your building has visitors and washrooms should be checked during the day. The weekdays are named in the contract.
How do you handle our keys?
Every key is signed for individually and in writing, carries no address tag, and is kept away from the building in a secured cabinet. Who holds which key is traceable at any time.
Changes in the team are documented. At the end of the contract keys come back one by one against the same record.
Do you wipe desks that have papers on them?
No — we clean clear surfaces and never move papers, keyboards or personal belongings. Anything covered is left untouched.
If you want desks cleaned in full, that works with a clean-desk rule on your side. We then take the full desk surfaces into the schedule of work.
Do you take on small offices?
Yes. Small offices are combined with a neighbouring property into one round, which is usually possible across Ulm and Neu-Ulm.
