Why the price follows the site visit
A cleaning price is not a list price. It is a calculation in time: how long your rooms take, how often they are cleaned, what exactly gets done. All three are settled once someone has walked the building.
Name a figure before that and you are guessing. Guess high, and you pay the margin for the whole term. Guess low, and the extras arrive later.
For an ordinary office the visit takes about half an hour. Afterwards you know the price and what it covers.

It depends on the building; no honest figure exists before a site visit. Area per room type, frequency per line item, sanitary fixtures, coverings and access times all drive it.
The question hides a catch, too. A square-metre price with no unit can mean one cleaning visit or a whole month.
How does the site visit work, and what does it cost?
It is free and takes about half an hour for an ordinary office. We measure areas by room type, count the sanitary fixtures and look at coverings and access.
Then we walk the schedule of work with you. In Ulm and Neu-Ulm an appointment is usually free within 48 hours.
How do I compare two quotes?
