We answer the phone Monday to Friday between 7am and 6pm. The same number is staffed around the clock for emergencies. Enquiries sent through the contact form receive a reply within two hours on working days.

Building cleaning is a licence-free skilled trade under Annex B, Section 1, No. 33 of the German Trade and Crafts Code (Handwerksordnung). No master craftsman's certificate is required to practise it; the business must be notified to the competent chamber, which then enters it in the register of licence-free trades.
The competent chamber for us is the Handwerkskammer Ulm. The entry and its date will be added here once it exists. The governing rules are those of the Handwerksordnung as amended, available at gesetze-im-internet.de/hwo.
Editorial responsibility

Consumer dispute resolution
We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board (§ 36 of the German Act on Consumer Dispute Resolution, VSBG).
The European Commission discontinued its Online Dispute Resolution platform on 20 July 2025. A link to it would no longer lead anywhere, so we no longer provide one.

Liability for content
As a service provider we are responsible for our own content on these pages under § 7(1) DDG. Under §§ 8 to 10 DDG, however, we are not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted or stored by us, or to investigate circumstances that indicate unlawful activity.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information under general law remain unaffected. Liability in this respect only arises from the point at which we become aware of a specific infringement. Where we learn of such infringements, we remove the content without delay.
