How big does my company need to be?
There is no minimum size. We award everything from a single stairwell to multi-storey office floors, and a self-employed individual with a trade registration can take on a property too. What matters is that cover is in place for holidays and sickness.
Do I get regular properties or changing jobs?
Regular properties on a fixed schedule. That is the point of the arrangement: predictable workload for you, the same faces for the client. One-off work such as post-construction cleaning is awarded on top, but it is not the basis.
Which documents do I have to provide?
Trade registration, public liability cover, clearance certificates from the tax office, health insurance fund and employers' liability association, plus a declaration of compliance with the sector minimum wage. We ask for them periodically, not only at the start.
Which area do you award properties in?
