Which service does my property need?
Maintenance cleaning for day-to-day operation, deep cleaning to reset a floor, post-construction cleaning after building work. Everything else supplements those three. At the site visit we say which one your property actually needs.
Can several services be bundled?
Yes, that is the norm. Maintenance cleaning, glass, winter service and caretaking run under one schedule of work and one monthly invoice. You then have a single contact for the whole property.
Do you take one-off jobs?
Yes. Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, specialist cleaning after damage and window cleaning are available without an ongoing contract. Very small jobs carry a minimum, which we name before the appointment.
How quickly can you start in Ulm?
One-off work usually within a few working days, ongoing maintenance cleaning from the first of the month after the visit. If you are changing provider, the start follows your notice period. For emergencies we are reachable around the clock.
